Purpose of this pull request
This pull request (PR) adds GraphQL reference documentation for the new public requisition list sharing feature (B2B Storefront Compatibility Package). This feature lets a customer generate a public share link for a requisition list and share it via email with recipients who are not required to belong to the same company. It documents the publicRequisitionList query, the sharePublicRequisitionList and addPublicRequisitionListItemsToCart mutations, and the fields this feature adds to the RequisitionList, CreateRequisitionListInput, UpdateRequisitionListInput, and StoreConfig types.
