Record public alpha delivery and remote audit

Problem and behavior

The accepted source-alpha change is merged, but its phase records still list the remote delivery as pending. Record PR #10, both successful Node checks, merge 874a58f, the verified D-drive main fast-forward, enabled repository controls and the authenticated historical remote-surface audit.

This changes three Markdown records only. Source commit 24a67ec and the product decision SPIKE_CONDITIONAL are unchanged. Repository visibility remains private pending the owner's historical-metadata decision. Unavailable security controls and the final post-merge receipt remain explicit.

Validation

• git diff --check and corepack pnpm format:check passed.
• Independent read-only closeout review found no P0–P2; its wording correction was applied.
• Source PR CI and merged-main CI passed on Node 22.23.2 and 24.20.0: https://github.com/AlbertXXuu/ReproLock/actions/runs/33950828745 and https://github.com/AlbertXXuu/ReproLock/actions/runs/33951007338.
• This PR must pass the same protected-main required CI before merging.
