Saved-run links could appear usable while the start request or final publication was still pending, causing a click to be silently ignored. Synchronize their accessible disabled state with the click guard, and read runner activity after refreshing current state.
A deterministic browser regression holds the real start response after backend completion: the link stays disabled, then opens the saved result after release and retains it across the next poll. This reproduces and fixes the Node 24 failure in main run https://github.com/AlbertXXuu/ReproLock/actions/runs/33902484660 without retries or longer timeouts.
Validation: 82/82 unit/process and 5/5 real browser tests, including responsive brand/resource/header behavior, passed. Parent brand/workspace checks and independent review passed. Historical evidence, styles and product Gate are unchanged.
