adding a dedicated registryMC to separate mc histograms from data histograms
adding processMatchJets and processJetsMCP to handle matched detector-level to particle-level jets, and only particle-level truth jets
adding associated histograms and the necessary table join declarations for the new mc jet processes
restructuring the file by moving the jet processes below the pure track processes for a better logical flow
adding a ConfigurableGroup for histogram axes to replace hardcoded values and make binning adjustable
