- Choose a project directory and read its own README, where available.
- Locate that project's
settings.gradleorsettings.gradle.ktsand open that directory in Android Studio. - Check its Gradle wrapper, version catalog/build files, SDK requirements, and any API configuration before syncing.
- Follow its run instructions. There is no shared root build, and older submissions may need dependency or service updates.
These submissions have not been rebuilt as part of the repository documentation update. If one fails, report the project path, commit, environment, command, and first meaningful error.
Use the self-paced challenge guide to scope, build, test, and explain a small app. This guide does not announce a new scheduled cohort or deadline.

Improve a project's instructions, fix a reproducible issue, or propose a new submission in a pull request. Include author credits, screenshots/demo, setup steps, checks performed, and one engineering tradeoff. Keep each app in its own directory. Check the individual project's licensing before reuse.
