@leeederek updated this with the ArbOS61 docs link, on-chain governance stage, and final activation details. I also retained ArbOS60 as a separate historical entry and corrected the ArbOS61 Sepolia activation date. Could you give the entries a quick double-check? cc @anegg0
One outstanding item: I don’t have the explorer/transaction link for the June 29 ArbOS61 Sepolia activation, so I’ve left that timestamp as plain text for now. Confirming internally and will update.
Adds the final ArbOS 61 governance link and Arbitrum One/Nova activation timestamps and references following mainnet activation.

lgtm, dont think we need the arbsepolia txn hash for 61, but it'd be nice to add if we can find it.
