- aqarat - a property lifecycle system in Java 21 and JavaFX. Its price estimator returns an estimate, the range around it, and the comparable sales it reasoned from, and is measured against the IAAO ratio-study statistics rather than described as accurate.
- electricity-meter-pwa - offline-first meter reading and bill collection for field agents, with spreadsheets as the integration layer.
