I bring 4+ years of web application development alongside hands-on experience in training delivery, mentoring, and curriculum development, facilitating everything from onboarding programs and technical workshops to 24-hour hackathon coaching sessions.
Before this, I grew from intern to Lead Developer at Commudle, where alongside shipping production features I designed internal onboarding/training programs, ran Agile ceremonies, and mentored junior and mid-level engineers. My path also runs through a Technical Trainer stint at Coding Ninjas (designing learning modules and assessments for 50+ student cohorts), a Technical Support Executive role coordinating a support team, and a Social Media & Content Specialist role running digital campaigns — the throughline across my career has been pairing technical skill with teaching, communication, and cross-functional delivery.
