Add Swift Package Manager (SPM) Support

Getting below error while installing Package via SPM. When will get support for this?

DropDown: Updating from https://github.com/AssistoLab/DropDown.git the package manifest at '/Package.swift' cannot be accessed (/Package.swift doesn't exist in file system) unexpectedly did not find the new dependency in the package graph: sourceControl(identity: dropdown, location: SwiftPM.SPMPackageDependency.SourceControlLocation.remote(SwiftPM.SPMSourceControlURL(sourceControlURL: https://github.com/AssistoLab/DropDown.git)), requirement: 0.1.5 – Next Major)

You can also install the DropDown package via Swift Package Manager (SPM) using the "master" branch.
