there's also a release plan 35307 to release Beta upon 2026-07-01. I dropped a mail to service team for two options:

• abandon the release upon 2026-01-01-preview, only release a Beta SDK upon 2026-07-01
• follow the guidance Release SDKs for Both Latest Stable and Preview APIs | Azure SDK to customize release Beta upon 2026-01-01-preview first, then release GA SDK upon 2026-07-01.

Now we let's hold the release of August for Azure Policy, waiting for service team to take further action.
