Regenerate azure-ai-projects VoiceAgent models

Summary

• regenerate azure-ai-projects from the local Foundry TypeSpec changes associated with Unify voice agents with the Agents API and add the v1 voice data plane azure-rest-api-specs#45357
• rename voice audio, greeting, avatar, tool, VAD, end-of-utterance, and transcription SDK models to the singular VoiceAgent... naming
• preserve the handwritten realtime compatibility surface and update affected voice samples and playback tests

Validation

• package editable wheel build/install
• azpysdk --pypi mypy .
• python -m pytest -q tests\agents\test_voice_agent_crud.py tests\agents\test_voice_agent_crud_async.py (4 passed)
• renamed model import and constructor smoke test
