Update the Standard Logic App workflow templates and onboarding agent documentation from the confirmed logic-app-changes export. Normalize workflow JSON files to LF line endings and bump StandardLogicApp VERSION from 10.0 to 11.0. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
