Summary
Testing
npm run typecheck, npm run check:linksand the new and affected tests pass. The What's new decision, fetch, markdown rendering, orchestration and dialog are unit-tested; the reload paths and the live GitHub fetch inside the desktop app are not, and nothing has been run in the real app.
