- Changelog: Aug 25 SDK 1.1.0 entry (payment flows, client spend controls, selection policies/hooks, smart accounts, facilitator timeout) and Aug 20 facilitator BSC receipt-reliability fix
- Corrections across CLI / core-concepts / catalog / skills pages: remove obsolete facilitator-fee material, document anonymous /settle rate limit, GasFree no longer auto-preferred, Shasta not settled by official facilitator, CLI pinned dependency versions, skills install via npx skills add -g
- Bump docs version to 1.3.25; en and zh-Hans in sync
