What: release workflow 產出 prebuilt MCP binary，bin/plasma-mcp.sh 首次啟動時快取 release binary，使用者不需本機 Go toolchain；可從既有 version tag 手動觸發 release。plugin.json 的 mcpServers 區塊在 458d6cc 移除後沒有東西替代，plugin 只出了 skills 與 hooks，239dbf2（v0.1.4）原樣復原。
Why: 沒有 Go toolchain 的使用者裝不起來；mcpServers 缺失讓 setup 寫完 config.env 之後工具列仍看不到 plasma 與 ophion，症狀是 ~/.plasma-plugin/bin 是空的。
