safetensor links go to a 404 page, which means they arent downloading the correct files.

I just re-checked all four download links on that page and they are working correctly. For example:

• https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Depth-Anything-3/blob/main/geometry_estimation/depth_anything_3_small.safetensors -> HTTP 200
• The same is true for depth_anything_3_base, depth_anything_3_mono_large, and depth_anything_3_metric_large (all return 200 and download the correct files).

One thing that can cause a 404: the repo originally had the weights at the root (/depth_anything_3_base.safetensors) and they were later moved into the geometry_estimation/ subfolder. If you have an old bookmark or an old copy of the page cached, that link now 404s. The correct links all point to the geometry_estimation/ path.

Could you confirm which exact URL gives you the 404? If it is a root-level link (without geometry_estimation/), it is a stale link and the ones on the current page will work. If you are getting a 404 on the current page's links, please share the exact URL and what happens when you click it (browser / curl -I output), and I will dig further.
