Release goal

Prepare the first reliable consumer-ready artifact after #11, #9, #12, semantic-token alignment and the Storybook portal work.

Package contract

• bumps version to 0.1.0-alpha.5
• emits ESM and TypeScript declarations into dist/
• publishes only runtime artifacts and release documentation
• exports the root runtime, tokens, stable CSS and opt-in experimental CSS
• preserves CSS as a side effect
• adds a package contract smoke test and npm pack --dry-run
• makes token drift, lint, tests, package validation and Storybook build publication gates
• fixes the stale @coreplatform/design-system documentation name

• consumer-driven maturity governance
• evidence-backed stable primitives
• experimental motion/status feedback
• canonical generated semantic tokens
• self-hosted locale-aware fonts
• fixed Storybook themes and Core Portal foundations

After merge

Create GitHub Release/tag v0.1.0-alpha.5. The release-created workflow publishes @corelinkplatform/design-system@0.1.0-alpha.5 to GitHub Packages.
