Can't connect to Arduino

I click the "Toggle Serial Message Open/Close" icon, but I am unable to see the " You have not set the path to Arduino IDE..." message. Please let me know if there was a error in my setup or if I missed a step.

Hello, now the oseppBlock has integrated ArduinoIDE, you no longer need to set the Arduino path.
