test(ffe): enable Java agentless exposure egress [java@agent/java-direct-exposure-egress]

Motivation

Java agentless Feature Flags can send exposures through serverless-init or directly to EVP. Both routes must pass the shared exposure contract.

Changes and Decisions

• Enable the direct and serverless exposure adapters for Java.
• Set agentless as the explicit configuration source for these scenarios.
• Configure the JVM proxy and trust the controlled intake proxy certificate.
• Keep the existing Datadog Agent exposure route enabled.
• Use [java@agent/java-direct-exposure-egress] until Send agentless Feature Flags exposures directly to EVP dd-trace-java#12195 merges.

Validation

• Tested dd-trace-java 9992388df3 with the Spring Boot weblog.
• The Datadog Agent, direct, and serverless-init:1.9.13 routes each passed.
• Each route evaluated the flag five times and produced one deduplicated exposure.
• The direct route used no local receiver.
• The unused direct or sidecar route received no exposure.
