Fixes #206

pawel-kow and others added 4 commits August 26, 2026 15:37
The Fully Specified Record Types registry described its Handling column
as "the handling class of the type", which echoed the column's own label
and reused the wording the early Dnsdir review renamed away when it
changed the column from Class to Handling. The neighbouring Status and
Kind entries do not restate their own labels.

The entry also paraphrased the two permitted values inline, duplicating
definitions that Terminology already gives normatively and leaving room
for the two to drift apart.

Describe what the column conveys, defer to Terminology for the meaning of
"Fully Specified" and "Computed", and note that Generic Record Types are
carried opaquely and so are not registered here.
