Lockfile-only change: @ferrlabs/ui-ng pinned resolution moves 1.30.0 → 1.31.0 in pnpm-lock.yaml. site/package.json already declares ^1.23.0, so this stays inside the previously accepted range, minor bump.

Could not pull release notes: @ferrlabs/ui-ng is a private package on npm.pkg.github.com and there's no corresponding repo in the FerrLabs org to check (the org's Changelog repo covers other products, no ui-ng entries in it). Noting this rather than guessing at what changed upstream.

Usage in this repo is confined to the docs site: site/vite.config.ts (optimizeDeps/ssr config), site/src/app/docs/docs-nav.ts (DocSection type), site/src/app/docs/docs-page.component.ts (DocsLayoutComponent, resolveLocale), and site/src/styles.css (docs stylesheet import). A minor version within an already-satisfied range is low risk for these.

CI: everything that has completed so far is green (zizmor, osv-scanner, gitleaks, snyk, Conventional commits, Helm chart, Check Site). Several jobs (Coverage, Check, git-lfs matrix, bucket integration) were still in progress at review time, none failing.
