Blender 2.9x Support

Does this work with Blender 2.9x?

If so, can we update the README with instructions for how to set it up?

This is my first time using Blender, and I'm not exactly sure where the Topology Optimization panel is supposed to show up after you enable the addon.

2.9 is quite different from 2.7 when this video was made.

I've managed to install it on Blender 2.92.0 by:

• removing numpy specification from setup.py of core package
  change
  install_requires=['numpy==1.16.3']
  to
  install_requires=['numpy']
• and modifying run_optimization.py
  change
  from .ToOptixCore.TopologyOptimizer.Opti....
  to
  from .ToOptixCore.ToOptix.Opti.....

This got blender to import it, and it shows up here

Unfortunately it still refuses to work and I have found other alternative free software in meantime
