BREAKING: the keybinding keys are prefixed with quicktiler-, and custom shortcuts return to their defaults (no migration). The old keys stay in the schema, unused, for this release so a still-running 0.2.x does not abort the Shell. Upgrade by disabling QuickTiler, installing, logging out and back in, then enabling it. A Shift-only shortcut is refused on the keys that editing text needs, as in GNOME Settings, and the toggle is torn down from its destroy signal.
