Click Ask to join group and join using the Google account you use with Google Play.

Once you are a member of the group, you can dowload the game here from google Play closed test.
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.hypernovastudiosdev.shapesrun 5. Install SHAPES RUN directly from Google Play and remain opted into the test.
- Play the game and send feedback about bugs, controls, performance, crashes, rewarded ads, or anything else you notice.
You do not need to post your Gmail address publicly on GitHub.
