Demo project based on the ISARIC data schema

All currently deployed demo projects either source REDCap API or static / pre-generated analysis_data.csv files derived from REDCap data.

Testing and validating the ISARIC data integration in ISARICAnalytics requires a demo project based on an equivalent of analysis_data.csv generated from an ISARIC data schema transformation from an example, custom clinical dataset and a corresponding parser.
