APK download: mention the GitHub actions in README and/or make a new release

Behavior

I've discovered this repository after experiencing that Android 16 QPR2 (Pixel December Firmware) breaks the original LSPosed SwanSong version!

However normal users will maybe not know where to download the APK with recent changes here (on the CI/Actions tab).

Maybe consider doing one release for Android 16 for them to download an APK?

Please:

• Link to the GitHub actions builds in README (but that needs GitHub login afaik)
• and/or create a release of the last state (I think it works wonderful)
