Grammars saved by the transcript-grammar editor (_config/transcript-grammar/) aren't used by anything yet. ca-data-prep and chat-export still parse only the built-in Speakers: / PRELIMINARIES convention.
Wanted: a choice of saved grammar under "Process plain transcript documents". Both plugins should parse with it, and the CSV, log, Person entities and CHAT file should keep the same shape. A grammar that can't be read should fail Process loudly. Build should warn if the grammar changed after Process ran.
