Moves the Unreleased entries into a 0.9.4 section (ownership guard for volumes the plugin did not create, dropped name-based ownership, alloc_image orphan cleanup, canonical Apache-2.0 LICENSE text) and records the new unit and live e2e coverage for foreign volumes. Also restores the section order: the two earlier Fixed entries had slipped under "Changed".
