A follow up to #31
Features.allowOneMinuteReadingsallows passing 1-minute readings to the host app.This PR disables the "5-minute-average" when 1-minute readings are enabled, making it possible for the host app to apply it's own smoothing.
This matches the Libre 3 CGM manager - 1-minute readings are raw.
