Publish Sortify 4.8.4 stable release

Publish the exact live-accepted Sortify 4.8.4 package and promote public frontdoors only after the release asset independently verifies.

• rebuild package with existing deterministic build gates;
• require exact accepted identity: 2,502,058 bytes / SHA-256 6fd05118990e797d8868e6dd8279c220ddf881aad072872c9752fbc1387eecc1;
• create or verify tag/release v4.8.4-webui-action-launch-hotfix targeting accepted source a3bce87db788b861709df656e349bb9dd0e61bd3;
• re-download and verify the release ZIP;
• only then patch README, CHANGELOG, release notes and update.json through the deterministic promotion helper and push those public frontdoors to main.

Public changelog/release text contains user-facing changes only. Until this workflow succeeds, existing 4.8.3 update metadata remains the stable frontdoor.
