The first post-merge publisher correctly failed closed: rebuilding from the release-workflow commit changed the package bytes because the repository itself had gained release plumbing. The accepted Pixel package is the immutable CI artifact from run 34039277939 / artifact 9991166629.
This patch changes only the publisher input: it grants Actions read access, restores that exact accepted artifact, verifies the accepted 2,502,058-byte / SHA-256 6fd05118990e797d8868e6dd8279c220ddf881aad072872c9752fbc1387eecc1 identity, then proceeds with the existing create/verify release and post-release public-frontdoor promotion.
No Sortify runtime/source behavior changes.
