Fixes the 4.8.9 packaging drift by copying the pinned Core 0.7.0 module/lib tree into the staged Magisk ZIP and permanently guarding byte-identical library packaging. Source, WebUI release audit, HTTP integration and rebuilt candidate verification pass; stable update.json remains unchanged pending exact-device acceptance.
