The release-notes sweep covered the 19 SharpCoreDB.* (dotted) packable projects; the core project was missed. Its NuGet Release Notes now match the uniform v2.0.0.2 note.

Completes the release-notes sweep: the 19 dotted SharpCoreDB.* packable projects were updated in #392; the core SharpCoreDB.csproj was missed. Its NuGet Release Notes field now carries the same uniform v2.0.0.2 note as the other packages.
