Summary

  • add LLM session budget controls for large To-Do extraction windows
  • add single-flight extraction job/status flow for refresh-safe UI behavior
  • return concise extraction error/status signals and update settings hot-apply messaging

Tests

  • npm test -- --run test/todo-extract.test.ts test/viewer-session-id.test.ts test/review-action.test.ts
  • npm run build
  • git diff --check

merge: supersede #126 extract-job flow with #127 attention-metric design
984f0a7 
Force-merge the newest open PR (#127) on top of main. main only contained
PR #126 (single-flight extract job + /todo-extract/status) since this branch's
merge-base; per decision, #127's simpler generate + card-refresh design wins
and #126's extract-job set is reverted. Keeps #127's tree verbatim (= local
latest implementation) and records main as merged so #127 is mergeable.
