🧹 Refactor executeMediaOp to extract operation handlers - #127

Addresses code health issue in src/ai/pptxOpExecutor.ts where executeMediaOp was excessively long. Extracted case handlers for image crop, fit to frame, reset, replace, and replace from shape into self-contained functions (executeSetImageCrop, executeFitImageToFrame, executeResetImage, executeReplaceImage, executeReplaceImageFromShape), improving readability and maintainability without altering logic.
