Objective

Fine-tune the selected pretrained backbone on a relevant cervical cancer cell classification dataset.

Task Details

• Use the determined backbone from the backbone selection task Determine the best medically relevant pretrained backbone to perform fine-tuning on. #1 .
• Fine-tune on either the SipakMED or Herlev dataset.
• Preprocess the data appropriately and ensure class balance if needed.
• Apply suitable data augmentations and training configurations.
• Monitor training performance and validate using appropriate metrics.
