Pull request overview
Updates the repository’s Dependabot configuration to adjust how automated dependency-update PRs are created, and to expand coverage to pre-commit hooks.
Changes:
- Removed the explicit
target-branch: developfor GitHub Actions updates (Dependabot will now target the repo default branch). - Added a new Dependabot updater for the
pre-commitecosystem with weekly scheduling and grouping.
