Issue caused by latest macOS versions removed the AGL framework that was used in wxWidgets configure file prior to version 3.2.11.
Ideally, we would upgrade to wxWidgets 3.2.11; however, the ci.yml update removes "-framework AGL" from the configure script in wxWidgets so that the runner works
