I have Octopus projects which have steps in their release creation process which require package and git-resource inputs. (At least, that's what I've been referring to them as; they correspond to the --package <step-name>:<value> and --git-resource <step-name>:<value> parameters of the Octopus CLI.)

I would like the ability to provide these parameters with this Action.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, in order to provide these parameters while creating a release in a GitHub Action workflow I either need to manually call the Octopus REST API or use the Octopus CLI.
