Drop public_access "Edit" from ocl-cli, ocl-mcp and the ocl-docs API reference #2815

Description

@paynejd

oclapi2 is retiring public_access: "Edit": an incoming Edit is stored as View (OpenConceptLab/oclapi2#912). The CLI, the MCP server and the API docs still offer it, and ocl-mcp tells agents it means "publicly editable".

ACs

  • ocl-cli: --public-access offers View and None. Edit is still accepted, with a deprecation warning, and sent as View, so existing scripts don't exit 2.
  • ocl-mcp: the public_access enum and descriptions drop Edit.
  • ocl-docs: the API reference lists View and None only, and the permissions summary defines a public repo as View.

Where

  • ocl-cli: src/ocl_cli/commands/repo.py:106, :144, src/ocl_cli/commands/org.py:90, README.md:136
  • ocl-mcp: src/ocl_mcp/server.py:1458, :1462, src/ocl_mcp/tools.py:946, src/ocl_mcp/api_client.py:1062, docs/API.md:549
  • ocl-docs, docs/source/oclapi/apireference/: sources.md:224, :340, collections.md:241, :314, orgs.md:95, :126, permissionssummary.md:12, and the public_access field descriptions in bulkimporting.md:96, :120

The bulk-import example itself was fixed in OpenConceptLab/ocl-docs#67.
