Updated the Prompt 9 agent harness framework to follow the reusable Agent Harness pattern, while keeping the existing Pharma-specific production behavior intact. Introduced the missing generic execution boundaries for tool handling, execution metadata, and multi-agent orchestration, without replacing the current runtime or business logic. This keeps the system more reusable and maintainable while preserving security, tenant isolation, Redis job execution, and API compatibility.
