Descriptive summary
I found two works with apparently complete, normal Solr records, where the listed fileset IDs are not found in Solr at all. Attempting to access these two works in OD results in an error page. Furthermore, attempting to search for their titles or portions of them (e.g. "Cindy Konrad") in the basic search in OD while logged in also results in an error page.

Both have creation dates within the last year. The Cindy Konrad work is possibly related to a work with a 2019 takedown request (per @KevinJonesMeta). I discovered this while compiling a CSV inventory of OD works + filesets from Solr data.
Kevin is the depositor for both and reports that the first work was successfully added with this importer https://oregondigital.org/importers/3732
