Runs the fast
ios-buildjob (shared framework + simulator app build, ~6 min) on pushes to main that touchmobile/**or the other iOS-relevant paths. #842 was merged without being updated to main, missed the recipe-label sync cases from #846, and broke only in the v1.56.0 release archive. At the moment the only iOS compile on main is CodeQL Swift, which takes ~2h.ios-testsstays PR-only, to keep the macOS queue freecancel-in-progressis only on for PRs)changesreports relevant=trueTest plan: the PR run behaves as before. After merge, the push run on main should run
ios-buildand skipios-tests.
