• semantic port of the reviewed DEV UI changes from DEV: polish vacancy cards, text overflow and empty profile UI #311 and DEV: fix profile navigation state and remaining UI regressions #312 onto the current production master
• uses the vacancy catalog applicant-state contract from backend API #720, already released to production
• preserves production-specific vacancy response and CV behavior delivered by PROD Prod: finalize vacancy responses and PROCOLLAB CV #310

Production adaptations

• retained the production vacancy detail metadata ordering and city/work-format behavior from Prod: finalize vacancy responses and PROCOLLAB CV #310 instead of replacing the production file with the older DEV version
• retained production PROCOLLAB CV/manual attachment, response status, own responses, manager modal, accept/reject and accompanying-file flows

Verification

• targeted DEV UI regressions: 62/62 passed
• targeted PROD Prod: finalize vacancy responses and PROCOLLAB CV #310 regressions: 51/51 passed
• full npm run test:ci: 328 files, 1037/1037 tests passed
• npm run lint:ts: passed (0 errors; 6 pre-existing unused-disable warnings)
• scoped Prettier: passed
• stylelint for changed SCSS: passed
• npm run build:prod: passed (existing Angular/CommonJS/style-budget warnings only)
• git diff --check: passed
