fix(soc-framework-nist-ir-ai): move AI to the end of the dashboard titles

In the dashboard dropdown the AI and non-AI sets were hard to tell apart: the distinguishing token sat in the middle of the name, so alphabetical sorting interleaved them rather than pairing them.

NIST IR AI - Value Metrics (Shadow Mode)  ->  NIST IR - Value Metrics Shadow Mode (AI)
NIST IR AI - Value Driver Metrics         ->  NIST IR - Value Driver Metrics (AI)

The base name now matches the non-AI dashboard exactly, so each pair sorts adjacently and the only difference is the trailing (AI):

global_ids are unchanged, so no orphaned dashboards are created.

Verified on the tenant, not assumed. A rename on a same-global_id update was observed on 23 Sep to report upload passed and change nothing, so this one was confirmed in the dropdown after install before opening the PR. Same-id renames evidently do apply at least sometimes; the earlier failure had another cause.
