[Bug]: telegram sync doesn't work

Description

i wrote correct phone number which is connected to my telegram account but i don't get the code. Resend code also doesn't send the code.
You can find me with my number on telegram.

Steps to Reproduce

open the app
open clod streaming
telegram
enter number
don't get the code
