Summary
This PR adds the currently missing Russian translations for the Open Source Licenses screen and the 0.7.5 changelog entries.

This PR intentionally focuses only on resource keys that are currently missing from the Russian localization.
Other localization improvements, including hardcoded user-visible strings and additional untranslated values, are outside the scope of this PR and will be handled separately.
Do not claim that the entire application is now fully translated into Russian.
