Make manual track changes start playback when the player is paused and replace mini-player swipe-to-dismiss behavior with track navigation. - Swipe left on the collapsed mini-player to play the next track. - Swipe right to play the previous track without dismissing or clearing the current queue. - Resume playback after switching tracks from the app controls, widget, and Wear OS controls when a destination track is available. - Preserve previous-track behavior: when the current track has played for more than 10 seconds, restart it without resuming playback. - Add PlaybackStateHolder tests for paused next/previous behavior and restarting the current track while paused. - Reduce Gradle workers from 6 to 2 and configure a 3 GB Kotlin daemon heap to reduce compiler memory pressure. - Remove an unnecessary safe call when reading the non-null album name in AI playlist generation. - Update the Gradle wrapper to 9.7.1. Validation: - PlaybackStateHolderTest passes. - Debug APK build succeeds.

This PR makes it easier to change tracks and ensures playback resumes appropriately:
Validation: PlaybackStateHolderTest passes, and the mobile debug APK builds successfully.
