Impute humanitarian and temporary-protection immigration statuses (REFUGEE, ASYLEE, PAROLED_ONE_YEAR per program origin, TPS per country) in the US immigration stage, drawn to cited DHS/OHSS/CBP/CRS stocks, so the enacted H.R.1 §71109/§71301/§71302 and SNAP §10108 eligibility channels stop computing $0; gate each category against its target and add four release-blocking reform-coverage probes.
