…omments post individually Without --allowedTools mcp__github_inline_comment__create_inline_comment in claude_args, the code-review plugin's agent-mode run never starts the inline-comment MCP server, so every review silently falls back to one consolidated PR comment instead of real per-line inline comments -- no error, no warning either way. Already fixed the same way in cat_tools, object_reference, extension_tools, test_factory, and pg_count_nulls.
